HENRIK IS HELPING SPORT ATHLETES COPING WITH PRESSURE, ANXIETY, NERVOUSNESS AND ENABLING THEM TO PERFORM AND THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL.
HENRIK HAS TAKEN HIS MASTER DEGREE WITH A FOCUS ON SPORTS PSYCHOLGY AT UNIVERSITIES IN USA AND DENMARK.
AFTER HENRIK'S CAREER IN PROFESSIONEL FOOTBALL HE HAS COMPLETED THE FOOTBALL CLUB F.C. BARCELONA'S "PSYCHOLGY FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORTS"
The goal in HH Performance is to help all athletes and professionals reach their individual career goals, aspirations and personal excellence in the respective sport and in their personal life.
One-on-One sessions can be held on skype or facetime, on the playing field or in the offices of HH Performance.
